Seasonal Specials at Pasta Pomodoro in Newport Beach

If you missed the live demo from Chef Jeff Corum of Pasta Pomodoro in the Chef’s Cooking Pavilion at the Taste of Newport you really missed a treat but not to fear you can go visit him and taste the new seasonal specials they have just announced. As we write this we are licking our own chops!

Zuppa di Zucca-organic roasted butternut squash soup

Risotto Funghi-risotto with porcini & crimini mushrooms, pancetta & Marin French Farms Camembert

Maiale-Niman Ranch pork chops with a Point Reyes Blue cheese sauce & Zoe’s Meats crispy bacon

Snapper Scoglio-pan roasted red snapper with manila clams, P.E.I. mussels, tomato sauce & shrimp stock

Coppa Nocciola-local artisan vanilla gelato with chocolate sauce, fresh whipped cream and crumbled florentine cookies
